As Mentor

All individuals seeking to serve as mentors with our organization must demonstrate a verifiable record of excellence and competency in the field, discipline, or subject area they intend to mentor. Applicants must also provide documented experience working with children or youth, along with professional or character recommendations confirming their suitability to mentor minors.

All mentors are required to meet and maintain the same eligibility, compliance, safety, and conduct standards required of staff members, including but not limited to background verification, child safety policies, and organizational conduct requirements where applicable.

Participation as a mentor is contingent upon the full completion and submission of the Mentor Participation Form below, along with any supporting documentation requested by the organization. The organization reserves the right to review, approve, deny, suspend, or terminate mentor participation at its sole discretion in order to protect the safety, integrity, and mission of the program and the children it serves.
