Our leadership brings together experience across education, technology, nonprofit management, community engagement, and strategic development.
Together, our Executive Leadership and Board of Directors provide the vision, oversight, and guidance needed to ensure ICDS.ngo remains mission-driven, transparent, accountable, and focused on creating measurable impact for the communities we serve.
Our Governance Structure
ICDS.ngo operates through a governance structure designed to provide clear leadership, responsible oversight, and accountability.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides organizational oversight and governance. The Board is responsible for helping protect the mission and long-term interests of ICDS.ngo, providing strategic guidance, reviewing organizational performance, and supporting responsible stewardship of nonprofit resources.
The Board also helps ensure that ICDS.ngo’s programs, operations, and activities remain aligned with its charitable mission and applicable nonprofit requirements.
Board Officers
Board officers support the Board of Directors in carrying out its governance responsibilities. Officers may include positions such as:
President
Treasurer
Secretary
Other officers or directors as authorized by the organization’s governing documents
Officers serve within the responsibilities established by ICDS.ngo’s bylaws and applicable law.
Executive Leadership
Executive Leadership is responsible for implementing the organization’s mission and strategic priorities through day-to-day management, program development, partnerships, fundraising, communications, and organizational operations.
Executive responsibilities may be assigned by the Board and may evolve as the organization grows and its operational needs change.
Advisory Leadership
ICDS.ngo may also engage advisors and members of an Advisory Board who contribute specialized knowledge, professional experience, community perspectives, and strategic recommendations.
Advisory positions are generally consultative and do not replace the fiduciary or governance responsibilities of the Board of Directors unless formally authorized under the organization’s governing structure.
Leadership During Organizational Transitions
As a growing nonprofit organization, ICDS.ngo recognizes that leadership responsibilities may occasionally need to be adjusted because of health, availability, organizational transitions, or other circumstances.
Temporary assignments of operational responsibilities may be made when appropriate to maintain continuity of programs and services. Such assignments remain subject to the organization’s bylaws, Board oversight, applicable law, and appropriate conflict-of-interest safeguards.
Accountability & Transparency
ICDS.ngo is committed to responsible nonprofit governance and transparency.
We strive to maintain appropriate separation between governance and day-to-day operations, document significant organizational decisions, maintain appropriate financial controls, and ensure that organizational resources are used to advance the nonprofit’s charitable mission.
Leadership and Board members are expected to act in the best interests of ICDS.ngo and the communities it serves.
Conflict of Interest
ICDS.ngo recognizes that individuals serving in nonprofit leadership may have personal, professional, or family relationships that could create an actual or perceived conflict of interest.
The organization is committed to identifying, disclosing, reviewing, and appropriately managing potential conflicts of interest. Individuals with a conflict may be required to disclose the conflict and refrain from participating in related decisions when appropriate.
