We welcome individuals who are passionate about education, mentorship, and creating opportunity for underserved youth.

Join Our Team

Every individual play a vital role in helping ICDS.ngo expand access to STEM education and opportunity for underserved youth. Our volunteers support programs, events, educational activities, media initiatives, and mentorship opportunities that inspire the next generation of innovators.

Because our organization works directly with children, we maintain clear eligibility and safety requirements for all individuals interested to Join Our Team.

Requirements

  • All team members MUST:

    • Be at least 18 years of age (unless participating in an approved youth volunteer program)

    • Complete a background screening process

    • Two (2) forms of photo ID

    • Confirm they are not listed on any federal or state sex offender registry

    • Maintain a drug-free environment during all program activities

    • Follow the ICDS.ngo Code of Conduct when interacting with minors

    • Educators MUST Complete required learning or training certification through STEM.org or an approved educational program (does not apply to interns and volunteers)

    • Participate in orientation and safeguarding training

  • To support program sustainability and training resources, team members of the organization with a monthly membership HERE.

    Membership contributions help fund:

    • Youth STEM programs

    • Educational resources and materials

    • Safety training and volunteer certification

    • Community outreach initiatives

  • All ICDS.ngo staff, volunteers, interns, educators, and representatives must remain neutral while performing duties. Personal beliefs, political views, religious affiliations, gender perspectives, disability status, or other ideologies must not influence participants, especially children.

    ICDS.ngo welcomes all individuals regardless of background, identity, or health, provided they respect this neutrality and maintain a safe, supportive environment. The organization may suspend or end participation if this standard is violated.
