2 TeePee Retreat
FUNDRAISER
Inside our Wigwam
For over 40 decades, the owners of this large 100 acre property have preserved it as Woodland and trails in keeping with their family ancestral beliefs to try their best to preserve the land and keep it.
In continuance of this legacy the owner has entrusted to pass this property ownership to us to develop our STEM camp to enable the youth to find a place where we can do hands on STEM while exploring the historical use of STEM with Tribal Nations.
The STEM camp fundraiser aims to support a unique educational initiative that combines STEM learning with land preservation. By raising funds through workshops, silent auctions, and community donations, this project will establish a campground dedicated to teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in an immersive natural setting. The camp’s curriculum will integrate hands-on STEM activities with environmental conservation efforts, allowing participants to work on real-world problems while engaging with and preserving local ecosystems.
This approach not only enhances technical skills but also instills a sense of responsibility toward the environment. Students will design sustainable technologies, study ecosystems, and participate in conservation projects, all within the context of their outdoor classroom. The goal is to cultivate future problem-solvers who are both innovative and environmentally conscious, preparing them to address global challenges with creativity and sustainability.
Initial goal is $150,000
Join us in this venture as we raise funds with our 2 Tee Pee Fundraiser and with your small donation today to make this a reality.
