Our more STEM for teachers allows you to become STEM certificated and receive tools for your classroom with many other opportunities (including Grants for Courses, Field Trips, opportunity to participate in competitions with prizes for the teacher and entire classroom.)

You will become and be associated with our mission to provide more STEM education at the earliest stage possible to school aged kids.

How It Works?

Using the Fundraising tools each teacher can raise funds firstly to become a STEM Certified Teacher and then to begin receiving STEM Tools for their entire classroom.

Below is our TEACHERS DAY OF PAMPERING CONTEST for those who raise the most funds for their classroom. As a teacher you get to spend an entire day with other teachers like yourself being pampered with SPA, Saloon and a Three Course Meal.

  • Integrated Communications and Digital Solutions’ “STEM Afterschool Program” is designed to support and empower teachers, providing a valuable opportunity for schools to enrich both their programs and instructional staff.

    We welcome teachers from participating schools to join the program, helping them enhance their skills and expand the STEM offerings available to their students.

    Integrated Communications and Digital Solutions provides and compensates qualified, STEM-certified instructors. Additionally, we can supply certified STEM teachers to implement the “STEM Afterschool Program” directly within your school.

  • Our goal is to make this program completely free for schools and students. Funding comes from community initiatives such as scratch card fundraisers, sponsorships, and donations. If any additional costs (e.g., permits) arise, we will discuss them upfront with full transparency.

  • We provide and fully compensate qualified STEM-certified instructors (preferably from your school). Schools do not need to pay teacher salaries.

  • Absolutely! Teachers receive hands-on STEM training and can become STEM-certified, empowering them to integrate STEM learning into their classrooms.

    Additional benefits for teachers include:

    • Invitations and memberships to special events, such as our “Teachers’ Day of Pampering” and luncheons.

    • Exclusive discounts and perks.

    • Opportunities to earn extra income as tutors in our STEM Summer Camp program.

  • Participation is completely optional. If teachers choose not to participate, we can bring in our own instructors to run the program. Teachers who do participate gain valuable STEM professional development and certification, enhancing the school’s capacity for STEM education.

  • There is no strict minimum or maximum. We adapt group sizes to meet your school’s needs and ensure a quality learning experience for all students.

  • We can collaborate with existing CBOs to complement—not compete with—your current afterschool offerings.

  • No problem! Students can still attend our afterschool STEM program at our own facility, which is being established and funded through our fundraising efforts. This ensures all interested students have access, regardless of school resources.

  • Our primary focus is serving your enrolled students, either in-school or at our facility. However, we can also accommodate children outside your school who are in the system, ensuring wider community access.

    • Hands-on STEM projects: coding, robotics, engineering challenges, and science experiments

    • STEM teacher training and certification

    • Student-centered learning that builds problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

    • Family showcase events and school-wide engagement

  • We welcome both virtual and in-person meetings to discuss program details and answer your questions. Please share your availability, or we can propose time slots.

  • Student Supplies

    Supplies will be provided to students each school year and will include essentials such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, erasers, and more.

     

    Event Support

    Discounts may be available on merchandise to help promote your school’s events.

  • STEM Afterschool Program

    Ownership of Resources

    All toolkits and devices earned through the program remain the property of the school. These resources are supplied through our fundraising program, sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
